Refund policy

Because our products are perishable frozen food items, we operate a strict no returns and no exchange policy.

Once your order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel or return it.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect storage by the customer

• Delayed freezing after delivery

• Customer absence at delivery

This policy does not affect your statutory rights in cases of faulty or unsafe goods.
