Orders placed with delivery addresses outside UK mainland may be cancelled and refunded.

All products are delivered semi frozen.
We use specialist packaging designed to keep products frozen during transit. However, delivery times must be respected to maintain product quality.
Upon receipt, you must place the products in a freezer immediately. or thaw to use in either a fridge or room temperature.
We are not responsible for quality issues caused by delays in freezing after delivery.
5. Delivery Responsibility
It is your responsibility to ensure:

The delivery address provided is correct

You have sufficient freezer space ready
If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may:

Attempt re-delivery (additional charges may apply), or

Return the parcel to the depot
Any additional delivery fees will be your responsibility.
6. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:

Incorrect address provided

Inaccessible property
You may be charged for re-delivery, and we may not be able to guarantee the frozen condition of the products.
7. Tracking Your Order
Where available, we will provide tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
8. Damaged or Delayed Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or significantly delayed, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
